Please allow up to 8 ~ 12 business days for your shipment to arrive starting from 1 business day after your order has been placed. Excluding holidays, observed holidays & extended weekends (International & USA holidays).

After your order has been placed, please allow up to 6 ~ 8 business days for order to process through international borders before receiving your domestic tracking number. Delays are expected during holidays, observed holidays & extended weekends (International & USA holidays).


International shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand may take up to an additional 7 ~ 9 business days.


Our policy lasts 8 days after delivery completion date. After 8 days have gone by since your confirmation of delivery completion, then we can no longer offer you a return or exchange.

Due to the nature of Korean fashion that are imported from overseas, we do not offer returns and exchanges. Please double check & ensure you are absolutely certain of your order before purchasing. Once your order status has passed through customs and it is on the way to MOODLFT Headquarters, then you can no longer cancel the order. If you wish to cancel or edit an order, please do so within 24 hours of your order being placed; otherwise, we cannot make any changes after the grace period.

Returns & exchanges are not accepted unless in the case of discrepancies or defective item(s).

Returns (if applicable) are only exchangeable for MOODLFT store credit or the same item if it's still available. You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

A non-refundable restocking/returning fee will be deducted from your original order value.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for any items that are lost in transit.


Refunds are only applicable to order discrepancies or defected item(s) after careful evaluation.
A non-refundable restocking/returning fee will be deducted from your order value.
Your refund will then be issued in the form of MOODLFT store credit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. .


All sale items are final & cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This policy overrides all other policies in place.


We only exchange items that are defective and only applicable within our policy time. That is, within 8 days after your order's delivery completion date.

Again, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any item(s). 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
